Love this place, regularly come here for a decent night out. Live music 7 days a week and staff are always willing to go that extra mile to ensure you’re enjoying yourself. Food is delicious and good value for money. Highly recommend!

We haven't been to the Plough for a little while due to the obvious reasons of 2020. Today we went to have lunch and ordered the share board at a cost of $60. We also ordered a pizza which we found out was the special of the day at $15 and we ordered an extra lots of wings. Total cost $100. The share board was a huge disappointment as per attached photo, this is not worth $60 and the sauces didn't make complete sense with the plate. Even the sauce with the separate wings was different. The pizza was the best meal out of the lunch, not fantastic but good. What happened to the amazing share boards with ribs, skewers, corn cob, salads etc? They were great and worth the money. Disappointed with today. Thanks for your reply. A bit odd that you don't know what the old share boards were like. You should check into it as they were the best.

Great location, but it was packed to the gills to the point of being crowded. The food took the scenic route to arrive and was average at best. There are plenty of other options nearby that you should try first.

Great place at southbank to stop for a refresher ale or whatever your poison is, or re power the body with some great tucker. The building is a mix of old and new architecture, with inside, outside, upstairs or downstairs dining. Well worth a look Highly recommend stopping in.

I really liked the place! The waiter was very extroverted and liked to chat, which is not going to be to everyone's taste. However, I really liked him! And when we started talking about cocktails he very helpfully pointed out that on Sundays they do $15 cocktail juggs. Overall I thought the pizza I had was pretty good too. It's not the cheapest place at like $20-25 for most food items, but it was a nice size and wasn't left hungry. No complaints! And may check back into this one if there is a Monday morning that isn't too important. ;)

Good food and drinks. Only complaint the soap in bathrooms was empty, I then tried several hand santiser things on the way back to the table and none worked. Maybe some maintenance systems need updating 🤔

My family and I stopped in yesterday for a quick bite to eat to fill some time and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The girl at the door was kind, engaging and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The bar staff were happy to have a chat and worked with smiles on their faces. We got the fish and chips and the prawn salad and they were fantastic. As we left we were farewelled by several members of staff. I could not fault a single thing. We will definitely be back.

We had a function on the deck yesterday for a birthday and were so happy with everything. Kai did a fantastic job at ensuring that we were well taken care of throughout the whole day. Amazing service, thank you Kai!

Had a lovely Saturday night dinner with my dad on Saturday and had a great time. Awesome food and drinks, quick service and a lovely atmosphere, although was very crowded upstairs and down stairs. I had to give georgia a tip as she was happy to have a chat and make our drinks quickly at the same time while it was very busy ... thanks for telling us the method to the perfect lemon lime bitters!
