Stopped by for lunch with the kids on a Sunday. Every single team member was friendly and helpful from the security at the front door to all wait staff and food team members. The food also didn’t take long and was delicious. Highly recommended.

We had an awesome start to our night here, food and drinks were great! Only mildly annoying thing was that the staff wouldn't let us order drinks at the bar, we had to wait at our table for someone to take our drinks order from there. It took a while to get their attention, it didn't seem like the bar staff let anyone know we were looking to order as we still had to just flag someone down. Other than that, all was great. The live music last Saturday was fantastic as well, which we came downstairs to listen too for a while before we left. I look forward to returning soon 🙂
Amazing food. The steak and the club sandwiches were fantastic. The staff were really friendly and service top notch.
Always a great vibe here. We forgot to order the gluten free pizza. Drinking really good scotch could have had something to do with it 😆 Now they could have said ‘that’s my problem’ and that would be totally fair. Though …. They said ‘hey no worries, we’ll make you another one’ What defines a great business and its customer experience is what they do when something goes a little side ways. The plough inn really showed me today what it feels like to have an awesome customer experience. Well done all, it’s no wonder you’re an iconic venue and place that I will always come to before anywhere else in Southbank. ps. The girl behind the bar was spot on with her gin suggestion 👌👌
An excellent venue for a family Sunday evening dinner. Great atmosphere & stunning views from the upper balcony. Awesome service from the friendly staff, delicious meals & cocktails enjoyed all round! We will certainly be back sometime soon. Many thanks Plough Inn staff👍🏽😃
