The Kiosk Floreat Beach

Delicious coffee, food is amazing, easy parking, and what else can you say - the views are fantastic, sitting overlooking our beautiful floreat beach and Indian Ocean. Big thumbs up from me. 👍

Lovely casual venue on the beach. Fresh food & pre prepared food.

Lovely place to sit and enjoy the beautiful views of one of WAs best beaches whilst also enjoying a drink, meal or snack. The kiosk is also a licensed venue so you can enjoyed wine, beers, champagne or what ever you like. Meals are substantial and priced accordingly. Only negative comment I have is that they don't carry lactose free milk even though most cafes now are realising that people don't like soy, almond, or oat milk and would much more like milk that taste like milk without the lactose. Suggestion to owners of The Kiosk is trial lactose free milk and put a sign up that you have lactose free milk. You'll be surprised how much milk you'll go thru. If had lactose free milk then my review would be 5 stars not 4.

Just had a iced coffee with soy. Lovely setting, is nice to see how the heritage changing rooms have been kept and renovated. Very busy and popular with nice nature play area for the kids. Same Old dumping surf beach. Will give it another go when I come back to to Perth.

Clean place and friendly staff. Very nice location. Well worth a visit.

Great family and dog friendly space, food is amazing.

Its really good location near the beach. There is a best outdoor playground for kids. It was good food and coffee but we were not full.. hugs restaurants inside and outside to enjoy. I love here because of kids playground in the outside and beautiful scenery!
