The Kiosk Floreat Beach

Decades ago, I was a clubbie at Floreat surf- lifesaving club.. It was a bit basic in those days...with only a tiny kiosk next door selling soft drinks and chips.. Boy, has that place changed!!! You should see it now!!! A beautiful restaurant, with an up-market family kiosk/cafe... Views toward the beach and ocean, a massive beach volleyball court, a fantastic playground for the kids..and the list goes on!!!! Come back and visit, and fall in love with Floreat again.. It's nicely set up for brekkies and lunches throughout winter too ( before your walk along the beach)🤗!!!

Stunning view and the food was delicious. Right next to a great kids nature play ground and the beach.

I've been here a couple of times recently for brunch. The food is consistently very good and on about a par with most quality brunch venues in Perth. The service is very good and the staff have always been courteous and friendly. The only downside is the parking, which is shared with the beach and surf club and on a hot day can be a challenge. Great view of the beach which makes it a great place to bring visitors to make them jealous of our lifestyle.

Great place to eat on weekend mornings！Food tastes great with reasonable price, one of the best ocean view cafes in WA! Coffee is also decent！You must try the moroccan bean and the thai beef salad! If you want to drink both coffee and alcohol, try the espresso martini!

As far as parking is concerned, it is much easier here than City Beach. An unpretentious place that serves really nice coffee and food. You should see the size of their serving of carrot cake.

Very relaxing Cafe with beach side views. The sand is just metres from the back door. Coffee is good thoughthe food is what you'd get anywhere else. The location is its winning edge .

Views are AMAZING. Location is clearly 5 star. But for a brunch/morning tea it was decidedly average.

The food was great. We had a great view of the ocean from the table reserved for us. Love the Convenience of having sheltered play ground next door.

Grabbed a coffee and chocolate brownie. It was great and a great location obviously.
