Pheasant Farm Rd, Nuriootpa
Amazing food and great service all around. Must visit if visiting the Barossa!
Delicious Chefβs menu. We ate outside on the deck and watched the wildlife while eating amazing food. Delicious gin cocktails. Highly recommend
Excellent. Little bit hesitant at first taking a six month old in with us, the lead waitress was a little brusque, but they were busy. The waiter who did serve us, was fantastic: he was welcoming, friendly and empathetic to us with our son being there - he let us know the Chef's selection takes an hour and a half in case we needed to eat and run. We instead had the Pumpkin & Straciatella, Venison and Barossa Fried Chicken. All the food was incredible, but the standout was the venison, which is tender and delicious. We will be back.
Food and service both wonderful.
Recommended by Chippie from Tomfoolery as being awesome and it was. Very busy so make sure you book. We didn't and were super lucky, don't assume that will happen for you
Best value 3 course lunch ever! Our no 1 highlight at Adelaide. 5 stars are not enough for this delicious, affordable, best value, relaxing and mouth watering lunch deal. $55 for 3 course meal. We love everything from the entree, main, dessert, ambience and customer service. Best ever, you can get discount to use at the shop after paying the bills. We love the vegetable dish, crispy chicken and the pasta, and oh the fish too! Dessert was so refreshing for a hot day too. Not too sweet, it has perfect balance.. keep us wanting for more. If you want to experience this place, best to book in advance. We ended up having a very full stomach after this meal.
Incredible mouth watering food! Great service and a beautiful setting to share a special time away for our engagement.
The food was INCREDIBLE. I've never had a fine dining experience where the portion sizes were this sizeable (one main is actually filling), and It's even on the lower end of the price range for fine dining, so amazing value for money. In terms of taste, it is by far the best restaurant food I've had in Australia. It really felt like a restaurant run by someone with a frenzied passion for food and cooking. I could have believed Maggie Beer herself was working the kitchen! The only consideration is that bookings are essential - but I would rate this as a must-try on any visit out to the Barossa Valley. I guarantee I'll be back next time I'm in South Australia.
Such simple ingredients served so beautifully with fantastic service not much more you could ask for. Outstanding!
Highly recommended place to eat & booking is required. A great place to spend special occasion. Food is delicious.
