I reside in the US, and I used The CupCake Factory to deliver some goodies for a friend's birthday in Australia. They did an amazing job with everything, from Placing the Order, Communication, and Delivery. And in top of it all, it tasted amazing. I was not there to taste it, but I was told by the people that enjoyed it. I , for sure, plan to try it when I am in Australia next :)

Since discovering the cupcake factory on google I have used them for all my special Christmas gifts this year. I ordered boxes of 30 assorted mini cupcakes decorated with different Christmas toppings for groups of friends and the box of 9 mini ones for my individual friends. Without exception each person was in awe of the initial presentation and couldn't believe the detail on each cake. The wonderful taste was a bonus.

This cake shop is awesome...ordered my cake online...super cheap compared to other places and great look and quality...my little girl was so happy...thank you to all at The Cupcake Factory...will definitely be going back...

The Cupcake Factory provided gorgeous cupcakes that were EXACTLY what we were looking for. They looked incredible and we absolutely love that they offer a printed/branded service - the cupcakes look so professional and, of course, delicious! Janine provided immpecable, responsive service through-out. All in all, Ordering through The Cupcake Factory was a fabulous experience and we could not recommend enough!

Ordered personalised cupcakes for a corporate event and they came out amazing! Very happy with the service provided by the cupcake factory team. They were so accommodating with all my last minute changes and were always prompt with their replies. 10/10 would recommend! (My photo doesn’t serve them justice!! They were gorgeous) Update: Went back for Christmas themed cakes and was not disappointed!! Delicious and perfect in every way. My team is still raving about them months on.

I ordered Halloween mini Cupcakes for my students and they all love them so much. I will order Xmas cupcakes for my next events. Highly recommended.

What a smooth and beautiful experience it was. Ordering a custom maxi cupcake, was so smooth and easy! The beautiful lady Janine went above and beyond in making a beautiful dinosaur maxi cupcake for my son birthday. He loved it and it also tasted so yummy!! I absolutely recommend this place, great customer service, delicious cupcakes, and beautifully made!!

This is the best customer experience I’ve ever had at Sydney! I order 2 dozens of Mermaid cupcakes for my girl’s birthday tomorrow, and the Mermaid tail cupcakes are delivered, I contacted the store and explained this is not the ones that I’ve ordered. Janine from the store apologized and sent me another 2 dozens new ones right away, also allow me to keep the other 2 dozens! The cupcakes themselves are fabulous, and customer service is amassing! I’m so impressed with this order experience, and will recommend the store to my friends!
