If Google ever level up their ranking to include a 7 Star option then The Cupcake Factory qualifies. Exceptional quality, exceptional service, exceptional value. I drove from Western Sydney to Drummoyne on Saturday morning to pick up the birthday cake for my 8 year old son. We had to be at the party venue by 10.30 so timing was critical. Janine and her team were amazingly accommodating and made it possible that I could pick up the cake before the shop officially opened. Wow! So refreshing to get that kind of service! Then the cake! OMB!!! What a masterpiece inside and out. Love it. Finally, understand that this is a product of superior quality and we've become accustomed to paying a premium for anything that is even only slightly better than average. This left 'average' as a distant memory in the rearview mirror and is top shelf all the way. Nonetheless, despite being a standout product of exceptional quality the cake was (surprisingly) affordable. It's so good to find people who love what they do, who do it so well, and make it accessible to anyone who appreciates quality.

Wonderful cake which exceeded expectations. It looked and smelled delicious and the taste was just mouthwatering. Our son loved the theme and the children all wanted to eat the decoration. It was a huge success. Thank you so much.

Ordered from the cupcake factory for the first time. I ordered mini cupcakes with logos and 36 pieces came to $60 (24 with logos, 12 without). I must say, best decision I've made. Their customer service is so helpful! Their staff are genuine and provide tips on how to take care of the cupcakes and the prints look super great! Although it's mini, it packs just enough calories and I don't feel so bad eating just one that I could go for a couple more! We're so happy to use this service and looking forward to more prints with them. Their cupcakes are delicious too btw. So worth it. Cream is heavenly haha Thanks the Cupcake Factory! So worth the wait! P.S. I placed my order 3 weeks in advance and they even prepared it a day earlier than when I was supposed to pick it up! Absolutely stoked!

We ordered the Car shaped birthday cake for my sons first birthday last weekend as he loves cars. It was a very last minute thing, but the team at cupcake factory really pulled through. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon and it was ready to be picked up Saturday morning with no issues. The cake looked exactly as it did on the website and it tasted amazing, it was so moist and full of flavour. Everyone at the party enjoyed it. Thank you so much to team at cupcake factory for such a yummy cake and for making my little boy so happy. As soon as he saw the cake he was screaming car in excitement!
