Bought a continental caramel cheesecake online for my sons birthday. I was picking it up from the Beenleigh store.When I went in to pick it up i couldn't help but notice the cheesecakes in the cabinet. The all looked sunken and very thin. Later that night I pulled out the one I had purchased. Firstly it wasn't even on a cake board,just the thinnest piece of cardboard ever. It was so thin in the base and the filling and it was so ridiculously soft that you couldn't even get it into the bowl without it falling to bits. Quality has taken a drastic nosedive and considering it cost me $35, I would have been better off buying some frozen ones

Lovely staff and great cakes! Always helpful and accommodating. Glad to be a customer! Update: 6months later We’ve got a few more cakes over the months and the team here have been wonderful. I just recalled that a month or so ago we had an order delivered and we especially appreciated the hand written note and complimentary cupcake (iirc) (as the order had to be modified). 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This cheesecake store in particular has amazingg service, amazing cake presentation and is really accommodating with requests. When a cake i requested at that moment wasn't available the owner gave a discount on my next option and was so apologetic. I will definitely be back!

My family love the Cheesecake Shop at Beenleigh. We've had the beautiful unicorn cake, cheesecakes and today a sponge cake. We come from Eight Miles Plains to Beenleigh just for the quality and service. The owner Ton is always friendly and obliging.
