The Cheesecake Shop Beenleigh

Never to order from this cheesecake shop ever. Ordered cheese cake with Bday plaque. No plaque so called message squirted all over top looked like a 2 yr old had decorated it! Another customer asked for rainbow cake told it was frozen!! 3 hours to defrost! I thought they baked on the premises and that's what we pay for. Crap product, crap decoration, crap service.

Must say their cakes are best in the town especially Belgium Double Choclate mudcake. Always get fresh cakes with freindly services. Keep it up !!

Absolutely awful customer service!!! Misspelt name on the cake, no apology just attitude from the staff when asked them to fix it....

Very disappointed with there services as we asked for a rainbow cake with custom icing instead we got a plain jam cake but with ow custom icing it was for my son's 5th birthday party he was more disappointed then everyone else as he wntd it to be a rainbow cake so partner called them st8 after seeing it was not rainbow and thy said because we customised the icing thy had to change the cake how stupid is that
