Food was good and service from the wait staff was great. We were told we couldn't order from the menu and had to order the banquet due to numbers which wasn't clear when booking. Banquet wasn't great value for money. If more than 10 clarify what you can order ahead of booking.

Food was great. Sunday roast and other dishes were delicious. Staff were helpful and very nice. Live music was beautiful.

This place has a chill vibe where the staff make you feel very welcomed and relaxed. Eager to impress with their knowledge of cocktails, they are able to deliver tasty beverages to the discerning patron

My Christmas gift to friends was a cocktail making masterclass at The Botanist. I had been recommended to go there by a friend. The team behind the bar was super friendly and fun. We learned a lot about stirred, shaken and dumped cocktails.The two cocktails we made were delicious. We then went on to have lunch. The food and service was brilliant. We had a few dietary requirements which was seen as not a hassle but part of the service. We will definitely make this place a regular.

Nice staff. Very friendly and helpful. Food was unremarkable but ok although the courses came out so quickly that the dining experience was too short. We like Chardonnay but the wine list choices were limited. The most appealing parts of the experience was the cosy atmosphere and friendly staff.

We took our staff for Christmas lunch at The Botanist and it was a most enjoyable afternoon. The venue team applied utmost care in COVID Safety. We shared a banquet menu and the food was amazing! Every dish was full of flavour and well balanced. There was a wide selection of alcoholic as well as non alcoholic beverages. We love the interior of the restaurant and the staff is friendly and professional. Thank you The Botanist for such a wonderful experience!

We did a cocktail making class for a hens night and it was really fun and the cocktails were delicious

This was our first time here and it did not disappoint. Staff made us feel very welcome as soon as we entered and were attentive but almost waltzed around the table without really being noticed- very professional and polite. The food was outstanding- mouth watering and interesting on every plate 🙊 We had the banquet for 4 people and usually not being huge on sharing- this was well executed and the portion sizes were great. Not one to often review but this was just a lovely experience. Would recommend for catch ups with friends or family, evening cocktails or a first date- cozy setting but not stuffy or dark. Will definitely come again and look forward to it!

Lovely venue with beautiful food. The service was amazing, staff were so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
