The Big Grill

Heather makes my day!!! I am from the peppers hotel. We are treated like animals there! Thank GOD for the Big Grill I call to order food and they are so amazing. They truly understand what we are going through as they hear it everyday. SA Health and their system is disgusting. Thank you Big Grill and your delicious food!

I've heard lots of positive things about the big grill but my latest experience was not great.Hot dog paper wrap and its paper bag was covered in sauce and mustard making it impossible to eat without also being covered in same. Flavour wise not great either. Will give them another try.

Good food tonight abit pricey if you were coming in as a family to all get food but would recommend & staff making food were friendly And quick

Milkshakes and steak sandwiches are nice, the rest is normal truckstop quality and pricing.

Great location coffee not so good sorry strength of coffee was week like Water had pass through like a tea bag

Worst experience ever. We visited this place as we stopped for petrol and were looking for some breakfast. The shop was not busy and had just one table occupied. We Waited patiently at the counter to order food for more than 7-8 minutes with two staff members preparing food, but would not look at us, or greet us, after some time waiting we were told without looking at us ‘Won’t be Long’. We still waited patiently, the staff were chatting among themselves all this time. We enquired after 12 minutes and got a blunt reply again without looking at us, ‘there’s only two of us and we are busy’. We gave up with the rude attitude at this point after waiting more than 15 mins. Such a shame as this establishment is SA owned but staff is not at all welcoming. Not recommended.

Great food, good pricing. Unfortunately being a truckie on a 30 minute break, waiting 15 minutes to be served with only one person in front of me then waiting a further 15 minutes for my order gives me no time to eat it. Menulog seems to take precedent over waiting customers. Usually only 3 staff on, one working their backside off, one preoccupied with how long until their shift ends and the other pretending to clean something is terrible.

Impressive for a servo place I think! It's perfect for when you randomly get hungry on late night drives :)

Its alright! (: but....it was Better when I worked there though 😅
