Hard to believe how can they be so rude, girls work there wouldn't even say hello to customers, won't even say what would you like, will just keep looking at your face so that you can order, they have absolutely no respect for their jobs & customers.

With my grand daughter she got part of her meal and we waited and waited while people were getting thiers.I eventually rang finally got someone and her excuse was you can see how busy we are.She went off quickly made my grand daughters milk shake and bought me my warm spare rib.Dont think ill come here again,very bad service as far as I am concerned.waited for more than half an houe.

Omg thought the first time was a fluke but came back for the second time and omg yummy. don't know what all these people are on about with the bad reviews Simone is bloody amazing short little lady with amazing customer service skills and a great cook definitely coming back, five star rating from me, give this girl a raise :) she kicks arse on the burgers.

I ordered a chicken schnitzel with tbg topping the customer service is a bit to be desired. The order came out and the lady just dropped it on the bench and said here you are only to get home and all the chips are ontop of the schnitzel?? Maybe remember theres another servo opening soon, customers will go elsewhere..

This joint has everything. If you like good fried or grilled food this is for you. The menu is massive and prices very reasonable. Worth a look

Me: May I have a toasted steak sandwich please. Staff: No problem. Me: The bread will be toasted won't it? Staff: Yes it will be toasted, it's a toasted sandwich. Breakfast: Beautiful steak, yummy, served on quite dry, quite untoasted bread. Me: Perhaps I should have been a little clearer...

Has been mixed. I've had very poor experiences in the past. Lots of new faces behind the counter and it's been much better. Very good chips. The Benny burrito is excellent
