Amazing food with high quality ingredients! The greek salad is to die for! Please please try the taramasala! The fried cheese (saganaki) was nice but our favourite. The absolute highlight for me was the octopus. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes!
We were greeted with great service and the vibe was welcoming. They sat us at the bar and didn’t have to wait long for the entree to arrive. Great food and great service, we will be back again!

Me and 2 of my friends went for dinner last Friday at the Apollo restaurant. We were very surprised to know that they had Greek Truffle that day with their famous cheese. And of course we had to try it! It didn’t disappoint at all! Then the light grilled scallops were very fresh and were cooked perfectly, a little bit golden on the surface but very juicy. However, the sword fish special was okay-ish comparing to the snapper and the chicken we ordered. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. We really enjoyed the wine and the cocktails! And great services for sure! The gentleman served us had our cocktails arranged right after the wine. Recommend to everyone. Just hope next time there would be more options on the menu and maybe considering more innovative dishes.
Enjoyed a beautiful dinner here with 6 friends. Beautiful space, amazing food and drinks. We order the Apollo's Feast for the table, every dish was delicious and it was an abundance of food. We all left very happy. Can't want to get back there!
Excellecnt food. Service can be improved but I give 5 star!
My favourite Greek in Sydney. Always bloody wonderful. It's great for a group as they have a great Banquet called "The Full Greek" which is great value and has all their highlight dishes. If you don't want to do the banquet please order the SAGANAKI CHEESE.
Had a delightful Sunday lunch at The Apollo. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. We also had a very lovely sommelier who guided us to a great wine we might not have otherwise chosen. Try the taromasalata!

The Apollo is an Australian Greek restaurant that draws on the joint heritage and professional success of Jonathan Barthelmess in partnership with Longrain's Sam Christie with a keen eye to detail and the flavours of the mediterranean. Located in Potts Point, the elegantly minimalist refurbishment includes both banquette and outdoor seating, and a chef's table sitting adjacent to the kitchen - not unlike the family dining table, as a transition between dining room, kitchen and pantry.
