Tandoori Nights

Pathetic is also not the right word or true depiction of my experience. Horrible and utter waste of your money and time. They cheat their customer by giving incomplete order and then blame poor Uber eats. The food taste is soo pathetic that you feel you it’s a sea water. All dishes taste and looks similar. The quantity and quality is extremely poor with unwanted stuff including hair. Never ever go to this restaurant plus extremely rude staff.

The restaurant is quite large with over 20 tables, 4 of which were occupied. I arrived and was pointed to a table. I waited for over 10 minutes to be given the menu being ignored by the waiter and who seemed to be the owner. Once I got the menu I waited for 10 more minutes with nobody coming to take the order. I could see them going around snd they could see me looking at them every time they passed my table. I decided than 20 minutes waiting before even taking my order in a virtually empty restaurant was enough stood up and left.

Highly recommended. Friendly service. Tasty food. Quick service. Always good food. Been here several times now. Friendly staff, in particular Mona and Sophie.

My husband and I always come here to eat in the past, but our meal last night was very disappointing. My husbands beef vindaloo was made with corned beef and the calamari was not even calamari, it was some mushed up tastless stuff that was crumbed and fried. We will never go back. I'm not sure if its been taken over but the food is no way as good as its always been in the past. Shame

Only 2 other tables in the restaurant and had to wait 50 minutes for our food. Food was below average with no flavour. $60 for 2 curries and a rice. Not worth the time or money

Delicious food, accommodating staff, and well priced on top of it all. We are sad to be leaving Cairns and unable to come back again.

I’ve eaten here twice and both times the service has been exceptional. Tulisa goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for! The food is absolutely delicious and the menu has a huge variety of option. The venue is lovely. Highly recommend for a great Indian dining experience.

Nice Indian restaurant with large menu, desserts, bar and even kids meals. Great for groups, takeaway on the way home, or even to pop in for a snack in the arvo. Indoor and outdoor seating also street parking available.

We had dinner here and enjoyed every dish we ordered. The Tandoori Chicken was delicious and tender and the curries we ordered were fantastic. Highly recommend if you love authentic Indian cuisine.

My boyfriend and I tried this restaurant tonight and it started out great (lovely friendly waitress) but even though the restaurant was quiet it took so long to get our food and it was brought out by 2 other people. After that no one came by to ask if we wanted more drinks, food or dessert… we sat there waiting for her but it seemed as though she disappeared? Very odd. Not much chicken in our korma chicken curry but it tasted great! If only the service was better
