Quite a busy place for Monday night, didn't go for tasting menu, opt for a la carte instead. The lamb shoulder was massive, had to take some home as we couldn't finish it between the two. The duck bun was great, the skin was so crispy! The udon noodle salad was average & the sesame bread was too oily for my liking, though the smoked egg plant dip that came with it was good. Didnt think the lobster roll was worth $18 though. Prawn & chicken dumplings were good but not overly amazing.

Far too expensive for what you get, food is ok, portions size is poor and drinks are some of the most expensive around. The best thing surprisingly is the non alcoholic cocktails which a pregnant friend raves about. Would not go back. Large parties are served share plates which ruin the top class reputation this place has quite surprisingly achieved.

Absolutely super food and service. From arrival to departure, the staff were friendly, helpful and provided great service. Our server Tania did a great job helping us to choose dishes, including the right number for our group of 3 who did not want a big lunch. Food was wonderful - I particularly enjoyed the slow-cooked lamb shoulder. The peanut butter parfait dessert was amazing and rich in flavour - we did the smart thing and shared one. Definitely want to return soon.

Fantastic food. Fantastic staff. Lovely ambience. A bit noisy for my taste though. Will come back.

Finally had the chance to pop into this Melbourne establishment after years of just walking past their neon sign. Love their menu range with each dish bursting with amazing flavours!

If there is a zero star, we would do it without hesitation. Customer service is so bad without greetings, staff do not know how to explain their own menu. And most importantly, main course took 1 hour 29 minutes (to be exact) to arrive. Definitely would not set foot back in this place.

Great food today. I've had lunch here many times and left undivided. Nailed it today guys, had the banquet option 2, every dish was delicious as was the wine and table service. Bravo

Flinders Lane Melbourne you got to pit stop at Supernormal their New England lobster roll is just Perfect ! The bun is crispy on the outside soft with a butter flavour on the inside, the lobster is soo fresh you can taste the sweetness. I could go through a few of these 😍
