Steve Costi’s Famous Fish

Asked for the fish I ordered to be scaled and cleaned. When I came home and opened the packaging I noticed that it wasn’t scaled nor cleaned. Very disappointing. Also, prices are always much higher than competitors. Quite often they sell fish that’s not fresh at all. Disappointing.

I have lived in ZETLAND for 10 years loved going there to buy my seafood there every day now I find the changing and leavening of staff u never get consistency now. It’s a shame it used to b very friendly atmosphere,

Absolutely terrible takeaway food. All of it dripping in oil, paid for 6 potato scallops and only got 4 little oily ones. The ‘salt and pepper’ squid were not nice at all - huge thick pieces with no flavour or salt and pepper

Got salt and pepper calamari. It was inedible. Like disgusting

May22 update: Had the mixed grilled seafood with chips and salad $16 normally. All was good except for the chips which didn't taste fresh and some were oversaturated with oil. Sep 20: Nice sashimi! Would be nice they tell you before paying by contactless there is a surcharge!

I used to buy seafood from this store since I moved to Zetland. However today’s shopping experience is very bad. I chose two salmon sashimi and walked towards to the prawn section. One of the staff was saying ‘excused me’ and staring at me, I told her I’m having a look around. She didn’t say anything. After that she kept staring at me like I was about to runaway😅 I can feel she was staring at me even without look at her which makes me very uncomfortable. I paid my salmon, she even didn’t say thank u😕 will not come back again, I would go to other far away seafood store instead of this one

Waited to be served as staff seemed busy. Ordered and went to coles to get other supplies. Quite surprised by the feed, no frozen ingredients. The calamari was outstanding

Nice Food. Great customer service. They fuilfil every demand. What to expect more. I love to visit the store whenever I visit Coles otherwise I do Uber eats.Salmon and barramundi Fillets are superb always

The grilled fish was tasty and grilled well though the seafood salad was disappointing, with a chilli mayo used instead of regular mayo.

Absolutely terrible fish, we spent hundreds of dollars here on Xmas eve and had to throw 80% of it in the bin as wasn't fresh and absolutely stunk. Such a waste of money.
