South Hobart Fish Shop

Great chips (with heaping serves) and friendly staff. Love that I can call up and order.

The main benefit of the South Hobart Fish Shop is its convenience. It is open on Christmas Day and public holidays when nothing else in the area is. The food is basic but very reasonably priced and they have a small range of groceries as well.

Great fish and chips. Some of the best fish and chips I've had in Australia. And the beef burger was delicious really nice and contained everything (egg, bacon, tomato, salad and fresh beef patty).

The chips were very nice, the prices good, and the customer service excellent, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area and in need of a snack.

Can't go worng here. Friendly local fish and chip shop. Get the burgers (beef or chicken) with the lot. Delicious, if you can fit it in!

Friendly staff, not much in bain of an evening, great fish and chips. Good size for value for money. Well lit, and a couple of chairs and table whilst waiting for cooked-while-wait orders
