38 McIlwraith Place 3000, Melbourne
Never knew this place existed. The food was amazing! I would highly recommend trying them, this is a unique place to set up a restaurant. Overall experience was great. It feels like you are in Thailand. We would give 5 stars if the price of as not that pricy.
Authentic Thai food; we had the papaya salad and raw prawn ceviches as well as BBQ. It is definitely not vegetarian friendly but easily one of the few places in Melbourne that doesn’t adapt to the Australian cuisine so I definitely have to recommend it as a spot. Lunch time might be better with the place serving boat noodles.
Casual eat with real Thai dishes like Tom yum pork noodles
Discovered this little Thai eatery by accident. The restaurant itself has got a very authentic Thai ambience deco and for a moment, i thought i was really in a small shop in downtown Bangkok. The food is delicious but i do not pretend to be a Thai food expert. A Thai person may offer a more accurate opinion whether it is authentic. But to me, its damn nice and i would easily think about going there again for Thai food or even recommend any Thai food enthusiast to try it. IG : @foodie.vince
Nice little Thai Cafe in a car park. Yummy boat noodles and the Thai ice tea is so good! Lunch crowd can get heavy but it's a nice little join in the city
No fuss Thai cuisine... with an authentic vibe in an unexpected location.
Had the crab and wonton dry noodle. Some how it reminded me of a noodle dish that i had when i was younger. It was savoury but not overly salty, cooked to perfection and an absolute delight to eat. You do need some vinegar and chilli to cut through the fat for an extra zing but i would have been happy to eat it as it was. Will definitely be back again!
Cheap, authentic, delicious and their lemon iced drink is to die for. I had to get takeaway but the moment I stepped in the venue it felt like I was overseas. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Melbourne!
Cheap place to eat but this food tastes good! Definitely worth the try
*3.5. Not bad but not amazing either. We went here on the weekend for dinner. The location in the car park is really cool and the interior of the restaurant is also really unique. The food was indeed tasty but the portions were tiny for the price and we were shocked that the soups don’t come with noodles which must be purchased separately (also a very small amount). Some of the staff weren’t very friendly also. Overall an average experience but I would consider going back during the day to try the lunch menu which is different from the one set for dinner.
