This restaurant has flopped since relocating, the restaurant used to be selective about the meat that was served to customers however the servers at the restaurant do not appear as selective and are willing to serve dry meat which has been sitting under heat lamps all day.
The venue used to be fair price for what they where serving however they have increased prices by over 75% and you will be charged $39 for something which was once priced $24.
It is worth noting that this is in no way authentic smoked meats and if you order some meat without sauce or 'Jus' you will find no sign of a smoke ring and a rather dry cut of meat, the meat will still be tender but the in your mouth texture will be dry, hence why they will probably serve your dish with sauce to cover up the mistake. I would expect these meats see no more than 30 minutes of smoke and the rest of the time would be equivalent to being baked in an oven. To some this up I reheated
a brisket that was from a 10 hour smoke in the microwave prior to dining at this restaurant which was better.
