Customer service really bad

Quite cheap considering how much they give you. And this isn't a quantity over quality thing either because the quality of the food is also amazing. You'd think chips under cheese and sauce get soggy but they must have some wizards working here because the chips are still crunchy 10 minutes into the meal. Wizards also must have some kind of smoke spell because the meats are unbelievably smoky and delicious. Service by said wizards is also amazing, light, jokey, family atmosphere. A must try if you've never been before.

Great barbecue, fantastic balanced Smoky flavour.. but even better service. Lovely owner was happy to share some of his secrets of great barbecue and give out samples. Fast service and great value for money. Highly recommended.

Pretty good slow beef products. I had the brisket and I got a beef roast BS kids meal for my daughter. While both were decent, the beef rib was a little dry and the fries had no seasoning on them. The brisket was really good, moist and tasty enough. Good sized portions. The meals sounded good, but deals such as the Idaho potato skins do not travel well. I suppose they can't be expected to travel and it was probably my fault for trying to get them take away. The 5 staet is due to the fact that it was recognized we had a tired toddler with us and they expedited the child's meal to keep the little one happy. Thanks.
