Great venue. Good food. The PA system is not that great though.

Food was good and reasonably priced however other factors made the experience less than pleasant. Booked one of the private rooms which was very well set up. There was a minimum spend we were required to meet which were were happy to do. During the night the restaurant was happy to waive the minimum spend but when it came to settling the bill they enforced it again which wasn't a problem because we were close to meeting it anyway but it's the principle that annoyed me. They also charged us for a chair that broke whilst one of the guests were sitting on it. The guest was 95kg which admittedly is heavier than average but not out of the norm in Australia and shouldn't break a chair under normal use. I would have addressed this on the night with the staff but wasn't made aware of it until later. I would be happy to change the review if management reaches out and the above issues are rectified or acknowledged as it was all a matter of service. Overall decent food but shady practices.

Had yum cha for dinner on a Saturday night 5.30 PM. It was fairly quiet and the checking in process was easy peasy! The food was also delicious, my favourite was the prawn and chives dumplings and the salted egg prawns! Friendly service, highly recommended! I had yum Cha awhile ago, that was also a great experience 😀

It was a blessing in disguised, we made a booking at the skyfeast restaurant upon arrival we were informed that bookings are being cancelled due to some electrical issues. So we end up at the Sky phoenix. From supposedly fine dining to Yum Cha! To our experience it was reasonable and did not disappoint. Happy tummy, Happy family!!

Skip! Came in today towards the end of service. There was one serving of fried noodles on one of the only 2 trolley's going around, so I ordered a fresh serving from the menu. We watched the waiter go to the trolley, speak with the colleague, her go into the kitchen with the old noodles, and come to our table minutes later and serve them. I asked if they were freshly made or microwaved from her trolley and she said she didn't know, just that the chef gave them to her. So I politely declined, and back on her trolley they went. Wonder how many times they try that tactic. Will never return.

One of my go-to yumcha places in the city ! Food was absolutely delicious ! The BBQ pork was juicy, and vegetables were cooked nicely. Best part was dessert, the custard-tarts and the mango pancake is a must-try. Definitely worth the wait :)

Great yam Cha place in the center!! Huge place.. even if you wait it does not take long to get seated! Not too expensive either.. 3 people with beer was a total of 140 dollars..the pork belly was very nice and crispy!! Duck as well!!

Went there for dinner. Portion is good, taste is average, vegetables were not as fresh as I'd like them to be. I believe their menu could/should be redone as it is quite lacking and uninformative

Freshly made dumplings. Looking for chicken feet and tripe, but none could be found. More westernised yum-cha.
