Particularly disappointed with the service tonight. As has been mentioned by several others, their communication skills are severely lacking. My order was cancelled without any indication as to why, then when I tried to call up and ask why, I got no response, and then they either blocked my number or turned off their phone. Terribly unprofessional. A real shame as the ramen has been quite good in the past.

Best Ramen I've ever been able to order from Uber eats. Comes with some assembly required, but that just made the quality that much better (no overcooked noddles). So good that we ordered again the next night.

A great variety in the menu. A lot of selections for vegan and vegetarians. Highly recommend the wagyu karubi ramen and the baos. If you enjoy cold crafted beers and a delicious hot bowl of ramen, this is the place to go!!!

Food was absolutely amazing. As others have said, ordered through Uber eats and didn’t really have much communication, and you do have to boil the noodles yourself. But it was so worth the wait, the shoyu ramen I had was to die for. Will definitely order again and go dine in when it opens again!

We ordered from 'vegan valley' on uber eats which comes out of this kitchen (along with like 10 other uber eats shops) and expected the whole menu to be vegan as it is called vegan valley and says it is a vegan restaurant at the top. The menu has animal products and meat. We presumed it was all mock seafood and ordered bao which when they arrived to our surprise had real crab. This is absolutely disgusting! I'm an ethical vegan and due to their bad marketing and misinformation I accidentally ordered animal products. It is also super worrying for those with crustacean, seafood and egg allergies. They need to change the menu to be fully vegan or change the name and marketing of their uber eats businesses. It is trying to make money out of vegans but potentially causing masses of harm. Would not recommend ordering from any of their uber eats businesses or going to the restaurant to anyone. I would give 0 stars if I could

If you wouldn't mind, put yourselves off Uber Eats and delivery apps unless you are delivering. Had an order with you that I noticed got cancelled after 40 minutes & ordered a dish through "Ramenism" that seems to be exactly the same restaurant, and the same was done.

The food here is not bad, defs other better places to go though. I've ordered delivery through UberEats a couple times, but it just is getting more and more annoying the amount of fake restaurants this places KEEPS adding to ubereats with the exact same menus.... i swear there is at least ten at this point. The address is the same on all of them so it is very clearly the same place.... i would be more inclined to reorder off you if you DIDN'T do this. It's looks super desperate for the restaurant and discourages returning customers 😒

I love ramen and have gone to many ramen places, if I were to rank all my experiences this one would be the worst, it's not that bad but in the ramen business, there are a lot better places. I got the spicy miso ramen and first critique is that the food was lukewarm, but not hot enough. Secondly the chili was very underwhelming, I am by no sense of the word a spice person so take it from me when I say, even if you are garbage at any spicy food this will be a piece of cake. The food also just didn't taste the best, this is less important as the food still tasted good but just worse than most ramen places. If I must say one compliment it's that the bao I had before my ramen was good. Also the place smelt weird. I think they really need hot food in both departments as well as some more flavour, take this with a pinch of salt as I only got one out of the many dishes that were there, but from my experiences you would have much better food at Hakata Gensuke. The place isn't the worst so I will rate it 3 stars but there is no point going here over the many other places you can go that sell the same dish, except better and with the same price.

Shizuku is not your average Japanese restaurant. That’s partly because we serve the best ramen in Melbourne, and partly because our menu has a creative flair. Unlike other Japanese venues we also offer a serious selection of craft beer. And while we could go on about how ramen and beer is the perfect pair, there’s only one way to discover it for yourself. Flavour comes first, whether we’re talking about our traditional ramen stock that takes a whole day to make or the unique brews we import from all over Asia. Not sure which beer, sake or umeshu matches your food? Just ask. The Shizuku kitchen team serves innovative dishes with a traditional touch. Solo diners can take advantage of ramen lunch deals, groups can book ahead and feast on Izakaya-style sharing dishes (try the karaage popcorn chicken), and we can organise everything from Japanese gyoza to ramen burgers for private functions. And if you’re wondering what’s in a name, Shizuku is Japanese for ‘droplets’.
