The first time I went here the ramen was quite good as was the pop corn cereal chicken! Last night I’ve never been so disappointed with a meal I ordered... The crab croquettes were cold on the inside and the ramen stock reminded me of milky dish water. No cooking of stock or proper reduction, looks like they added milk to give the appearance of a reduced bone stock. Was as thin as water and after one spoonful of this salt added to water excuse for stock, I refused to eat it. Politely complained and was given a 20% discount of something that should have never been served or charged for..... With so many great ramen options available, I will never return to this VERY sub-par establishment.....

Uber eats service is shocking. Be prepared to wait over an hour past ETA, when you call the restaurant nobody answers!? 👍

Don't order from them. I wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering. Ordered on Uber. They don't use Uber drives, so there is no way to track the delivery and they don't answer the phone. My delivery arrived 1.5h later with uncooked ramen. And there is nothing on Uber eats saying you'd need to cook the ramen! Really small meal for $20. I don't recommend at all.

I've never physically been to their store, but I've ordered online from them. I was orignally quite hyped with the wide variety they offer, but when I tried it, it was a huge disappointment. You need to cook the ramen yourself but I really don't mind it. The soup was bland and when you eat it with the noodles it tastes like water. The ramen is expensive as well, for those without black truffles it's almost $20. For that price I can get something that's got more taste from another ramen store for cheaper and has a stronger taste. This store has multiple shops on UberEats and Menulog, espeically on UberEats it seems like they are spamming the list of shops if you are looking for some food at 1am in the morning. Bao station, The Strands society, Oh! Ramen etc are their alternate names. Because the address are all the same.

There are about 20 different restaurants on Uber Eats that all have this address and the same menu. Every time I've tried to order from one it has been cancelled after waiting about 40 minutes. So frustrating. It makes it really hard to find actual ramen places to order from.

These guys also do Vegan Valley on Ubereats. Do not order from here unless you want items missing, half full containers and expensive prices, no response from the owners and no reimbursement for a trash dinner. $30 for one meal that was not even half full in a normal takeaway container. $15 for 3 regular spring rolls filled with cabbage. Daylight robbery when we are trying to support local and small businesses, we could have spent our money somewhere who deserves it.

Really disappointed with this place lately. Was my favourite place for ramen in melbourne, used to stop in for lunch and dinner with no issues. Since covid hit they won't allow dine in for lunch yet still do take away and still have dine in for dinner. The problem with this is that their take away ramen is absolutely terrible! Uncooked noodles and in undersized flimsy takeaway containers makes it an incredibly difficult and unenjoyable meal to eat unless you take it HOME! Yet dine in had always been brilliant! Makes no sense to me! BRING BACK DINE IN LUNCH!!!

This place is a scam! Avoid at all costs. There is about 20 different listed on Uber eats with different names but the same address and menu items. Food took over an hour to arrive and the restaurant was uncontactable. The ramen noodles weren’t cooked and even when we cooked them they were terrible. The tonkotsu itself was extremely salty. I would not even give my dogs this food. If zero stars were a option id be giving them that

There are at least 10 restaurants with different names & same addresses of this place listed on Uber Eats, and they are even adding more. This is quite annoying and unacceptable for anyone who uses the app. The owner should learn how to improve their business by working on the quality of food & service and by respecting their competitors, but not by playing tricks with advertising. I also wonder when Uber Eats would do something to stop them from doing so.

Don't order this for takeaway if you are moving house, or are getting takeaway because you don't want to cook. After a day of packing up all our stuff for moving apartment we ordered for pickup. When we got home we realised the meal (despite being full price) wasn't cooked so we had to unpack our boxes to find the kettle and sauce pans. Ended up with a goopy mess. Don't bother with takeaway.

Shizuku is not your average Japanese restaurant. That’s partly because we serve the best ramen in Melbourne, and partly because our menu has a creative flair. Unlike other Japanese venues we also offer a serious selection of craft beer. And while we could go on about how ramen and beer is the perfect pair, there’s only one way to discover it for yourself. Flavour comes first, whether we’re talking about our traditional ramen stock that takes a whole day to make or the unique brews we import from all over Asia. Not sure which beer, sake or umeshu matches your food? Just ask. The Shizuku kitchen team serves innovative dishes with a traditional touch. Solo diners can take advantage of ramen lunch deals, groups can book ahead and feast on Izakaya-style sharing dishes (try the karaage popcorn chicken), and we can organise everything from Japanese gyoza to ramen burgers for private functions. And if you’re wondering what’s in a name, Shizuku is Japanese for ‘droplets’.
