Great India fusion food and amazing atmosphere! Loved the flavour profiles being served here. Try the pani puri (lentil bubble) shots. They are very tasty. The best part is that it's unlike a typical Indian restaurant. The menu is eclectic with quite a few familiar dishes presented and served with a twist. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Food is good, however, we had a table of 10 people and one of my friends brought her own food since she's vegan and doesn't eat out, they came to her and asked her to put her food away and told her they did not allow any outside food. I found it unfair considering the rest of us had ordered our food from there. Not a great customer service on that sense to be honest.

Amazing food. Can't wait to try what they come up with next. Great value too. 5 share courses and we left completely full for only $40 pp!

Just had a terrible service experience. Service was slow, had to call the waiter after a while to even start ordering and by the time of dessert(included in the price charged) we were kicked out of the table to give place to other costumers. I asked for a discount of the desert and the staff/head waiter refused to discount, said that the booking was only 2 hours (that wasn’t over yet, still we had to leave), kept asking us to stop talking so he could talk, that they would not discount the desert and accusing us for being rude at the staff. When did a bad feedback became being rude?? When did businesses stop caring about clients?? Disappointed. Glad Perth has plenty of other restaurants that take good care of clients.

Wow the food here is amazing. We were all so impressed, including my very fussy dad who loved it (he was super quiet chomping away the whole dinner). We had the butter chicken goat and fish curry and it was out of this world. We would definitely go back again!

The food is amazing! That I cannot deny - the flavours were there. I had a tasty beverage as well. The rating is more around the pricing and portion sizes. We ordered the potato starter which was 2 potatoes cut in two. We were hoping that would be the filler meal for 2 adults and a toddler. The mains were pretty small as well. All up the bill came to about $85 but the amount of food we ate could not justify that. I'd say it's perfect for initiate dates and celebrations.

Our first time at Sauma and it was a great night. The food was simply amazing and the place had a great vibe. We will be back. Zani - Kerrie - Diana - Charlie

Was in a large group with children. I left after an hour without eating anything. They seemed to be prioritising the other tables. It got too late for my children.
