What is it like to eat hot pot in the middle of the west?
This restaurant has the word "Sapa". "Sapa" is a city in northern Vietnam, and its Chinese name is Shapa. The soup base of prawn pork rice noodles is the flavor of Chinatown. It is a bit strangely sweet, but fortunately, the ingredients are fresh, and overall it is not bad. The dice beef tenderloin is very delicious, and the wok is enough. The chef should be Chinese. The cane prawns are similar to those eaten in Hong Kong. They are of a standard but not surprising. The two hadn't eaten stir-fried vegetables for a long time, so they added fried kale. The taste was obviously adjusted to suit the taste of the locals, and a lot of oyster sauce was added. Although Vietnam is more than 90,000 miles away from Australia, the Vietnamese food in this shop is well-proportioned and of a high standard because of the excellent ingredients.
The taste is acceptable
