A beautiful setting on the water while being kept warm by the fire. We did two nights in a row the scallops were that good. Highly recommend.

Most beautiful and romantic restaurant that's built on a pool of water (almost like a lagoon) serves some amazing food and beautiful wines and cocktails. We were taken good care of by our hostess, with great care and warmth. Making a reservation is important but if you are lucky, you might get a table. It's expensive but what you take with you is priceless, an experience of the lifetime.

I just had the seafood sharing plate. It is the best seafood plate I have eaten anywhere (and we've eaten all over Australia). The staff are extremely professional and friendly. This meal and restaurant is a MUST DO when you're in Cairns.

I came to Cairns from Sydney for work and came to the Salt house for dinner and a drink in the bar. The food was amazing, couldn't fault it! They have outdoor seating area also which is nice at night looking out to the stars, and a great live musician playing in the outside area close to the Esplanade.. Very good service, will definitely come here again.

My partner and I came here for my birthday and we had the best experience ever! My partner had the pork chop and I had the barramundi with curry sauce. They both were absolutely amazing! The portions were very big as well! I’d give 6 out of 5 star! Also, our Czech Waitress was the best! She made my birthday dinner very special! Thank you! ❤️

Booked the private dining room for my sisters hens and was extremely impressed with the room, service and food! 10/10 recommend for your next event. The room was gorgeous and we had the best waitress I’ve ever had! Thankyou Maria for making my sisters special night even more special. Also the salmon was the best salmon I’ve ever had. Go here!

The pizza here is amazing!! Highly recommend the pepperoni, just thinking about the sauce makes me drool. I'd give this place 5 stars but twice I've been here now and the staff at the front have given me the impression they don't really care.

Large trendy bar restaurant on the water. Great atmosphere, live music some nights. Tasty food.

Great marina location in Cairns. Perfect for an afternoon session at the Tapas Bar which became dinner for also!! The restaurant manager could not be more helpful and accommodating to our requests.
