Absolutely fabulous desserts! Staff were friendly and helpful. The view up to mountains was a bonus.

Great range of delightful goodies. Lovely hot chocolate drink to go with our treats. A small rant... Please people - warm raisin toast requires room temp butter! By the time the butter can be spread the toast is cold and horrible. A disappointing bump in an otherwise good experience that's so easily fixed. Why keep all your butter in the fridge (esp in winter) when surely running a service business you have an idea of your customer tastes?

Sabor has a beautiful range of unique deserts, every one a masterpiece! They also offer a range of EXCELLENT Belgian hot chocolates and coffees. Every staff member we spoke to was lovely and helpful, however there is definitely room for improvement with regard to the customer experience. We found ourselves waiting at the door to go inside and then waiting in the queue to order and then waiting for our takeaway drinks to be ready - all up 30 minutes. No takeaway coffee should take so long, particularly when they were not super busy (plenty of tables still empty). I think they would benefit from having seated customers orders taken at the table. The current process of having dine in and takeaway stand in the same queue to order just slows everyone down. An extra staff member behind the counter or making drinks also wouldn’t hurt. A shame, as everything was so delicious, that the processes left us with a sour taste.

Delicious desserts, soooo much choice my eyes just popped out with excitement! Friendly service, great views of vineyards and spacious. Update 22/6 - came back here for takeaway and queue was long! System for ordering food is not the best. You have to line up to order for both eat in / takeaway and seems like there are not enough staff. There’s not even a dedicated barista.

A definite must visit especially if you have a sweet tooth. It's so, so yummy in your tummy. 👍. Very popular.

Love the place

In the heart of the Hunter Valley this popular Cafe gets the well deserved attention from the tourists in the area. Many number of delicious desserts make it hard to choose just one. You can enjoy the expansive views of the vineyards as you drink your coffee. It may get busy at times and may have to wait. It is worth visiting..

Always busy and bustling but love coming by here to see each time I’m in the area to try something new! I love to grab a bag of The Full Monty as a sneaky once in a while treat!

Absolutely beautiful desserts! we will definitely be going back, potentially tomorrow. 😀 We had the Pina Colada, Caramel Galaxy and the Chocolate Mousse Crown.

This place is heaven!!! Everything here is amazing!!! I recommend this place 10/10 food and drinks are really good.
