Fantastic surprise find between wine tastings in the Hunter Valley. Big portion pastries that are just perfect for sharing. We loved being able to buy a dessert wine with our food. We heart they also have Portuguese tarts but sell out, so we are going tomorrow morning to get one!! Very friendly service.

Make sure you book your table ahead of time to avoid disappointment. Sabor is very popular and gets very busy. Overall a great place for any chocolate lover. Wonderful desserts and great atmosphere. A must do when in the valley.

Delicious, quality desserts!!! We were grateful we had booked a table beforehand to avoid a wait time for a table. Make sure you book a table ahead of time to avoid being disappointed. We had a lovely table by the window with a beautiful view. There was a very long take away line happening, which was a little disconcerting as we didn't expect a long wait time to line up to order but it gave us plenty of time to check out all of the desserts in the window before making the hard decision of just one thing to try. The staff were friendly & efficient though in handling all of the customers coming through. Beautifully presented desserts that were absolute heaven to eat! Definitely a must visit place when in the Hunter Valley

A very nice dessert bar with a scenic view from the restaurant over the Hunter Valley. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Staff are friendly and helpful and serve with a smile. Delicious desserts: I enjoyed a 'passionfruit curd meringue', with thick meringue atop tangy passionfruit encased in a crumbly, sweet shortcrust pastry. Their location is shared with Lambloch Estate and Pokolbin Cider House.

Home of the best chocolate and hazelnut mousse you can find in Sydney. Make sure you book because this place can get a bit busy. There's also a cider house next door. Also has many assorted desserts and coffee. Great service and atmosphere.

My favourite dessert oasis in the vineyards. A stunning array of delectable and delicious creations for sweetlovers. Highly recommended.

Interesting menu and a lovely location for having delicious deserts. Long wait to enter, very long wait to place an order but supplied very quickly. A must visit place in hunter valley regiion.

We stopped in hear over the Mother’s Day weekend and got some takeaway cakes . The cakes hear are presented well and tasted delicious. Staff where friendly and quiet to serve.

Delicious & aesthetically pleasing desserts! This was totally better than wine tasting for me, probably because I have a sweet tooth. Coffee was just perfect - taste and strength. All of the desserts were really great- I tried 5 of them with my friends and were able to take the left overs with us as most desserts were quiet large (which is a good thing.) My favourite was the bailey’s cup as it was like a mousse but could have been better with more bailey’s flavour. I really enjoyed all of them and would definitely come again. Wonderful experience. Could have better parking outside, as it was so muddy in the rain- that would have bettered our experience but other than that, it was all perfect. Staff were very nice and helpful especially when we asked to move tables on a busy afternoon.
