Roll'd

Let me start with the positive. The rolls were really nice and the vermicelli was decent as well, despite the beef being quite tough. What was really disappointing was the pho, the soup just isn't as rich as other places I've been to in the past, the upside is that the sliced beef was quite tender. The drinks they made in store weren't that nice, the lemon tea in particular was way too sweet. If you're in the area and are craving for Vietnamese food, then go ahead, but if I wouldn't recommend coming here specifically for it.

I used to like the banh mi here until I tried it in Springvale. Now Rolld’s banh mi is dry and tasteless... ruined forever!

Staff there are rude and impatient. The paper rolls are over priced like $5 for one thing and shredded chicken cup is tasteless and has tiny bits of chicken to none

Just bought 2 x rice paper rolls, 1 x garlic prawn and 1 x poached chicken breast & Avocado. Couldn't tell the difference brtween the 2. Only one prawn in Garlic and prawn. Smh

I was starving when I wandered around the foodcourt in this shopping centre. There was the usual Maccas, KFC, kebabs and hot box Chinese food. I was just about to leave when I saw Roll'd. I was so happy that I had found somewhere to eat with a franchise at which I'd eaten many times. I figured that they have a formula so what could go wrong.. Well.. Firstly, the girl at the counter didn't pay attention to what I ordered and tried to charge me the wrong amount. I only ordered a small Pho with shredded chicken and chilli to take away. They were very busy so I expected to have a wait. Fair enough. But the woman preparing the food obviously became overwhelmed because she walked away mid order. Another girl took over and I watched her prepare orders which looked lovely and in an efficient manner. Unfortunately though, she didn't make mine. A boy appeared from somewhere and made mine. You would think that the cost of the ingredients was coming out of his own pocket because I basically got a cup of soup with noodles and a smattering of the other ingredients. The soup was flavourless too. I've had this meal many times at many different locations and I've never had a bad one before today. Hopefully it is a one off.

It depends on the day. Some days the pho is good, some its not. On the good days it tastes nice, but would be better to have more beef and some Thai basil. Also there cup pho is quite cute. The rolls are pretty good though. Would come again just hopefully some improvements!

I went to this kiosk today and upon ordering my food I notice that the girl serving who is handling money with gloves on then goes to the rice paper rolls and places them into the box with the same gloves. This was only the first negative thing I noticed. Then as I was being served the girl taking my order barely made eye contact and barely spoke and it came across quite rude. I have had this experience previously whilst ordering here with the same girl. I ordered two rice paper rolls and an ice coffee. She then walks off to grab my food without telling me how much it was to then come back and still not tell me how much it was. I got my food and then went to sit down only to find floating bits of curdled milk in my ice coffee. I take the drink back to the counter to be served my the same girl again. I tell her what’s in my drink, she then looks at it and walks off with my drink and pours it out. She comes back to the counter and offers me an ice coffee from the same batch I received early I turned it down and asked for a refund. The girl did not acknowledge me after I asked for that instead she put the money in my hand without saying anything and goes on to serving the next customer. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received and the state of the food and the drink I received and due to this I will not be coming back to this kiosk again.

The rolls were stale and been sitting there for ages very disappointing. I could hardly bite through it it was that hard
