Not what it used to be. Either cutting corners or using low quality produce. Ordered a roast pork roll, bread was not crunchy, airy, chewy...it was like a dense brick. Roast pork tasted like Christmas ham. And to top it off, waited a good 10 minutes. For that. Don't waste your money.

Waited over 20 minutes for a simple Bao Bun order, while 3 people who ordered the same thing AFTER us were served first. Had to enquire about our food in order to even get noticed, and the staff were incredibly rude.. not even an apology for the long wait.

Came here for lunch a few days ago. I was on the late side of the lunch period and the place was pretty messy with containers of food (including meat) just sitting around on the bench. I was in a rush to eat so I ordered a banh mi and ate it on the way home, even though the meat was only lukewarm and the vegetables were soggy. By dinner time, the toilet and I were becoming friends and the next day I was hospitalised with dehydration. Food poisoning has definitely taught me to avoid this place like the plague.

Bahn mi (let's be honest, not a real Bahn mi) is dry, lacking flavour. No pate, meat dry and unappealing. Spring rolls are ok, but again lacking in flavour. Just a let down all round.

Bought 2 Baos, one was bbq chicken the other one was lemon grass beef, paid $4.90 each. Hardly any meat...when i saw the girl prepared it, I knew she was being careful with the meat, a tiny teaspoon that's all.. just lots of soggy coleslaw. Terrible.. I couldnt even finish it because bao with no filling was just yuck. Oh well.. never again.

Rolls didnt taste fresh, theh kept falling apart and i got food poisoning. Not eating there again.

Rice paper rolls were dry as we came in late afternoon. Normally best to get them soon after it is made.

Tried both the soldier and bao today and was not impressed with either. Couldn't tell the difference between the chicken and pork. Both were tasteless. So much rigmarole to go thru to even order with coupons was ridiculous. Never again and I love Vietnamese food.
