Amazing foods! Perfect cooked steak. Mine was medium and it was perfect.. meat melted in my mouth. Portion is good. Ambience is relaxing..tiny place at the Sebel Hotel. You can park at Wilson that is just underneath the hotel for $20 a day on the weekend.. Lamb cutlet, Chicken Snitz and Mushy pasta were all cooked in perfection.. Pasta may be abit bland but you can add the salt and pepper yourself and it just beautiful. Cream was just the right amount.service was quick. Manager was very nice. We were late and he was able to hold our reservation and not pressure us with menu or drinks. Staff were all welcoming and nice. Great experience

Out of top 3 Accor plus restaurants in Sydney (Q dining and Sofitel) , Quartier was the best for us in terms of food and atmosphere. For entree my partner had cauliflower soup, little portion and quite ordinary but my buffalo mozzarella was amazing, I'll definetely be back to have it again. For main, I had the grilled Yamba prawns, they were cooked perfectly packed with flavour and came with crunchy cabbage and green apple salad. Very generous portion too. The other main, barramundi, was good with a variety of grilled vegetables, however, the eggplant bit wasn't cooked properly and the fish fillet was a bit overcooked. I make barramundi all the time at home, so I guess we're extra picky about it. Overall, loved the atmosphere and how quiete it is, we'll be back to try more dishes!

We just had our Valentines dinner and we are extremely happy about this restaurant. The food and cocktails were amazing. Everything look beautiful but also taste delicious and fresh. The staff is very professional and friendly. I can highly recommend it

This a lovely cosy restaurant located in the Quay West. Food were all served generously with fantastic presentation. Staff were friendly and made excellent recommendations. Thank you Hitesh for ensuring that we had a memorable night out

Service was nice, food was good and venue was good. I enjoyed the dinner there and definitely will be back. Price was reasonable as well Highly recommended.

It was a bit of a disappointment. Came here to celebrate my wife's birthday and the food was a let down. I mentioned my allergies and yet got food with those in it. The food was bland and nothing "special". French menu however no french in them.

Good service, delicious food, it's perfect. All foods are delicious but especially, scallops are so good that I can't stop thinking about it.

Had a wonderful experience last night. The Quartier is an elegant and beautifully styled restaurant with immaculately prepared food and on point service. Staff were attentive, friendly and not overbearing. The menu is just perfect. Entrees were amazing and mains cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend the oysters and pork terrine. Our mains, lamb and the duck were absolutely devine, as were the vegetables that came along with each. So happy to have found somewhere with such a great ambience and food to match. Thank you!

We are of islander background, and the staff was very welcoming to every customer there except for us. We were trying to be understanding as the waiter told us they were busy, but our food arrived almost 1hour and a half after we ordered, and it was just eggs and bacon with some veges and toast. It was definitely not worth the money we spent. Such a shame.

Atmosphere was very nice and service was pretty polite. The steaks were medium well,but we ordered rare. We've been offered complimentary desserts because of steaks,but instead we're fully charged for the desserts🤦
