Palms on the Park

PLEASE DONT DO. First and last experience for this place. We ordered food and whilst eating it, we found piece of metal (few strings from metal scrubber). We called the girls on the floor, she saw and she said sorry and walked off. There was no manager on the floor you came and acknowledged their mistake. They casually replied we are sorry about it, now we are feeling skeptical whether there are metal strings in our tummy. I will be reporting this place for Victorian food safety issue.

Food taste is like, above average. Have visited quite often. Seems staff are busy so you have to wait 3-4 minutes till get to ask for table. Quick response to customer could help you achieve excellence.

Had lunch on a Thursday noon when it wasn't too busy. Got in early and was pleasantly surprised at the changed look as I've not been there for a few years. Clean and spacious. Service was excellent and the food came without too much of a wait. While the rice in the goat biriyani was a tad underdone, the kuttu roti, char kwayteo and masala dosa was very good and the dishes were not overpriced. The service by Bianca?? and the other young waitress was superb. We cannot wait to return. I highly recommend Palms on the Park. Ps. Another plus was clean toilets.

Great food. It's just the milk tea feels weird to me since they added milk powder. Doesn't look like it's a restaurant from outside tho

Nice location with plenty of parking next to it. Good mix of cuisines. Food is generous. The sambar vada was one of the best we had in recent times. However the chole batura was absolutely terrible. The chickpea curry had so much oil in it, that America would have invaded it. Eating that led to nausea and an upset tummy. Not very happy about the quality of the food.

Food was dry and bland. Service was poor. The restaurants opposite to the Palms are way better!
