OTTO Ristorante

Last night 5/6/21, for our friends birthday. OTTO an amazing restaurant, ambience, food & staff - It was our 1st time dining at OTTO and made my friends birthday so rewarding especially finding us a table instantly. Extremely grateful 😊 . At another restaurant close by, booked well in advance, we had a disgraceful experience (table not ready, in-competent staff who didn’t know their product etc) so we had to leave and OTTO gave us the best. Thank you.,

Amazing experience from the start to finish. Upmarket Italian food, super fresh and full of flavour combinations. Great location, selection of beverages to choose from the menu. Easy online booking instructions. Must try at least once. $$$

Decent spot, a few issues but promptly resolved. Dessert was 👌🏻

What a fabulous evening. Our waiter Charlie made us feel welcome and all staff were super helpful. The atmosphere is sassy and casual . All 3 courses were excellent , beautifully presented and just WOW The house baked bread is the best .

This was an amazing experience. Ambience on point and food was spectacular. Came here for an early Valentine’s and got their vegan degustation. The highlights of the dishes were the stuffed zucchini flower with vegan cheese, the vegan cheese truffle appetiser and the risotto. These were absolutely delicious and we were in shock at how well balanced the flavours were. Their in house balsamic vinegar is also delicious. I had to buy a bottle after I tried it with the bread. An all round yum! The only let down dish was the pumpkin creme caramel. This was a bit on the strange side and didn’t work well. I could see where they were going with textures but flavours fell short. Staff are super friendly as expected from a fine dining restaurant and service very attentive. Only let down is their plastic seats - this was very uncomfortable to sit on for 3 hours! Despite this, the whole experience was delightful. I would highly recommend this to any vegans out there. They’ve put thought into each of the dishes, it’s definitely worth the experience.

Perfect weekend lunch spot I love Woolloomooloo wharf. I’d love to try every restaurant along the wharf. I’d only ever tried China Doll before. Otto is an modern Italian restaurant with a huge focus on seafood. Service was amazing as always. Super talented when dishing out the entrees I was amazed by their cutlery skills. What we ordered: Sydney rock oysters, salmon roe, cucumber, chardonnay vinegar $5.50 each - dont bother with the plain oysters, get these! Amazing! David Blackmore Wagyu bresaola MBS9+, gnocco fritto, gorgonzola, fig, Vin Santo $26 - this was one of our fav dishes of the day, it all worked together so well, the fig the honey, the meat, the cheese yasssss Vannella burrata, tomatoes, pomegranate, almonds, mint $27 - this looked and tasted beautiful Zucchini flowers, ricotta, pecorino, caponata $26 - im a big fan of zuchinni flowers and these were good but didnt wow me Wood fire grilled whole Balmain bugs, fermented garlic butter, chilli $52 - my dish was beautiful, so fresh so simple and a generous portion Aperol Splice $20 Vodka, Aperol, passionfruit sorbet, lemon, egg white - the cocktail of the day! super sweet but i cant go past anything thats called Aperol, Splice and has passionfruit <3

Beautiful city view with great food. It isn't cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for.

We had the seafood degustation and the food was just lovely. Service was excellent too with very attentive waiters.

Otto is a top-flight restaurant and a must try if you are looking for a great fine dining experience. The staff there are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the food, and the somelier was top notch. Food was also excellent, from the Wagu beef to the flavourful side dishes. Highly recommended.
