Old Shanghai

It's very nostalgic. I used to hang around here as a teenager, oh but the food! I love the selection, the staff are healthy, the owners have updated the decor and seating over the years, it's got amazing value for the vicinity. Definitely recommend for the food variety.

Good food, plenty of variety if a little packed at times. Some outlets can sometimes be lacking flavour in their food but generally good all-round. Good price for the portion sizes.

Always good. Lots of options. Being vegan. I only go to the same couple places. But can be fed from 3 dollars up. . Lol. Great vibe, clean, reasonable prices, even licenced. Good for families and wheelchair access. Heaters in winter, fans in summer.

Affordable quick tasty food from all vendors! Hong Kong dim sum at the back, taste of Asia and hood burger are the best.

Not a bad venue for a quick bite. Mainly Asian which are good and have had some nice dimsum there. Hood Burger's are a treat

Now that it has undergone small renovations inside... The Old Shanghai is a great place to enjoy a wide selection of food, including Chinese, Malaysian, Indian or Hong Kong.. The servings are always plenty anx the cuisine is well presented as seen in my photographs...!! It has a wonderful atmosphere, especially on the weekends & week nights.. It is quiet during the days for those looking for a quiet place to have lunch... The bar is open from 12pm... You can enjoy a great selection of beers on tap, or a drink of spirits from behind the bar... The service is friendly and the floor staff are wonderful...!! A great place to enjoy with a large group of people, or an intimate experience if you're on a date... It has outside seating and clean toilet facilities inside, there is also a wheel chair accessible toilet..

Very busy but worth the wait. Huge selection of different foods. Something for everyone. All staff are very polite even under pressure.

Having dodged the hobos and adult stores to get there you realise it's like a dodgy 1980s shopping mall food court without the shops. Only saving grace is hoodburger.

Lots of different styles of restaurants to choose from. Great for people on a budget or in large groups.
