11 Knuckey St 800, Darwin
Came in and nobody shows us the seat. After they have cleared the table, they did not wipe it and table is still wet. After sitting down for 10minutes, nobody gave us menu so I had to ask for it. No table water given after being asked twice. Waited 20minutes just to get table water. Our food was served after an hour of waiting. Even then, the fried prawn noodle is one of the worst that I have ever had. No taste at all with slight hint of oyster sauce. When I told that to the guy front staff, he brought the food back to the kitchen but came back again with the same food and said that's just how they cook it here. And told me to add siracha sauce if it's tasteless. So they just cook bland hard noodles here. This is my first time ordering anything apart from their pho. Will not come back anymore unless for the pho. Bad service. So disappointed.
Food is not bad, service is terrible. We order 3 dishes and only served two. When we asked where is another one the waiter said you only order two. Me and my friends all heard I ordered the soup as first dish and he was putting it down to his tablet. He didn’t even apologise just denied. So my friend who was birthday had no meal. The prawn stir fried noodle only had 3 prawns.
Great restaurant the food was excellent had massaman beef curry the best and had icecream dessert highly recommended to visit this restaurant great service from the staff
This very relaxed first rate no fuss fully fledged quality Darwinian diner. Good menu, good quality tucker, Thai style definitively with reasonably priced vino. Can't go wrong.
This was a lovely restaurant. Came here by myself for an early dinner on a Thursday, around 5.30pm. The waitress was lovely as were the kitchen staff. I had tempura prawns for entree and mince chicken chilli basil with rice for my main dish. Both were delicious. I definitely recommend it.
Delicious pho and pork meal tonight. This place leaves our favourite Vietnamese restaurants in Adelaide for dead. Excellent service too. One waiter tonight looking after a packed restaurant (Monday night!) and he did a brilliant job taking care of everyone efficiently and with a smile.
A perfect Pho. One of the best I’ve had. Definitely recommend.
Loved the bamboo sprouts duck noodles soup
The fried wontons were delicious! Unfortunately they had run out of pho but the basil chicken was spicy and light. If you're looking for a quieter spot away from the hectic atmosphere of Mitchell street, but still nearby, this is a perfect spot for a good meal.
Good food not over priced, good atmosphere quirky settings. Walking distance to CBD hotels. The service was slow and off sequence but this could be be due to eating styles. May be the waiter assumed that we would share, but we ordered individual meals, so I received my meal, ate it and my friends waited and received theirs later. So mention u want the meals at the same time. Food was very tasty. Kangkong slightly salty but not sickening salty. Duck was enough for two and again good flavours and the crying beef did not make anyone cry but the corianda sauce was yum. I wanted to try the crab but at $60 I will pass. A good place to try.
