The Ruby Restaurant is one of the Best Vietnamese Restaurant in town. Food is absolutely incredible and very beautiful. Staffs are very friendly, the owner of the Restaurant is Vietnamese and she is also the cook. The menu has wide range of choices for customer. Per thee above review, its best food is Pho, Bun Bo Hue and the Scamper Fish deep fried. The outdoor apprearance makes it abit Europe style but the inside is vise versa. Recommended for any occation.

It's not on the menu but ask for vermicelli noodles (bun) with chargrilled chicken. Omg. Best thing ever. Sweet, sour, salty, spicy, crunchy, slurpy, and absolutely delicious. My go to lunch for the short time I was in Darwin. Take away and go sit in the park near the beach you'll have a good time.

This place is pretty simple but I have the vermicelli salad as a yard stick for Viet restaurants and this one was superb. Good price, quick, simple, but well made.
Waitresses were so happy and helpful. Food was awesome. Cocktails were awesome.
