Best advice i can give u is line up there at 1730 before it opens and ask for any tables around the bar or lounge area as they are for walk ins only but you can order full menu. Ask for Chris the bartender, he's a little shy but his knowledge about not just the Nobu menu but about food in general is amazing. We have visited multiple times but today we asked him to switch up our dishes and he brought out an amazing array of dishes that made us fuller in our stomachs but lighter in our pockets. His service was impeccable and his knowledge about the Nobu brand was amazing. The best service ive gotten in Perth and the wife and I dine out almost every week

I am a vegetarian and the vegetable dishes I got were pretty much the same but just cooked slightly differently. I would probably go back only if I knew of some good vegetarian suggestions from there.

Excellent dining experience in one the two private dining rooms. Small attached balcony overlooking the resort pool area. Our waiter was fantastic, knew the ingredients for all the dishes, created a bespoke set menu for us including making allowances for a gluten free guest.

I really wanted to give 5 stars because the food is amazingly delicious, however there were a couple of disappointing moments. I went with my work colleagues for our Xmas party. 26 people split between 3 tables. To begin with service was exceptional. Staff made sure they identified all persons with food allergies or dietary requirements, and not once did they make any errors during service. We had the Nobu signature menu which has 10 dishes. Every dish was delicious. However the miso cod had bones. I really would have expected a restaurant of this quality to have removed all bones from their fish. My piece had 3-4 pin bones (I took a photo showing the first long pin bone). Apart from the fish bones in this one dish, the meal was exemplary. The other disappointment was when the meal was finished. A small group of us had cocktails which needed a separate bill. We were given the bill, but then we could not get anyone to come and take payment. There were 4 of us raising our hands, saying "excuse me", trying everything to politely get someone's attention. At one point a waiter looked directly at us with our hands raised, but continued to walk past. It shouldn't have been this difficult to pay. Except for those two disappointing moments, this was an amazing night. I will definitely be returning - but will keep my eye out for more fish bones.

3rd time at Nobu for dinner and every time is magic! Every time new flavours. The service is perfect. Obviously not a cheap place, but you definitely get what you pay for: excellence!

Almost the best Japanese fusion if the service was a bit more consistent. The sushi has always been as good as the best they can serve in "Perth".

I had the teppanyaki menu at Nobu and it was the most amazing dinning experience. The menu included a lot of Japanese and fusion dishes and the chef who was cooking live in front of us was animated, friendly and exceptional at cooking. Overall it was satisfying and memorable.

Fabulous experience. Came for lunch with two other couples to celebrate the 50th birthdays of our husbands. The service was excellent and second to none. We ordered the Bento Boxes which were exceptional in presentation and flavour. We then ordered 3 desserts at the end which were delivered with a lovely birthday message. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a visit and will be back. Thank you Nobu for a wonderful dining experience.
