228-230 Dorcas St, South Melbourne
Everyone is always polite and friendly here. Coffee is amazing and the breakfast options are spot on - personal favorite is the kale, seaweed and salmon salad. Only feedback is the muffins are too good, you will get fat because you constantly want to eat them : D
Saturday the 20th of Feb was our second visit to Nine Yards. Needless to say we were not disappointed! The menus extensive and there are options for all sorts of needs. I ordered the first thing that caught my eye, the bacon waffles and my partner got the panna cotta. The portions were huge and the food spoke the same language as the glutton on me. We finished our meal with a couple of coffees and again no complaints at all! Nine Yards is now on our list of regular South Melbourne places for brunch!
Omg this is the best. Double cooked french toast is to die for so sweet and almost sickly sweet after eating the whole thing but its worth every bite
Top notch food and service. Amazing coffees. Staff are great. One of my top 5 places for brunch. Give them a go. You won't regret it.
Fantastic menu...so full of taste sensations presented like a 5 star restaurant..coffee and service top class too!
What can I say... Great Coffee... Nine Yards has been around for a while however this is the first time I've ventured here... I'll definitely visit when I'm in this part of South Melbourne
Wow. What a delightful experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding which I'm sure made the food taste even better than it was presented, although I am sure the food needed no assistance to taste as good as it was. I had the classic smashed avo with latté sitting alfresco. Well done guys, please keep up the great work and thank you all so much. Made my day.
Lovely good that was very hard to choose out of so many tempting options. Lovely, friendly staff
Chai was terribly weak, tasted like warm milk. Very stingy portion of scrambled eggs too. Was still hungry afterwards. However, meals had by friends were good and service was friendly.
Excellent new cafe from the owners of Left Field and Plain Sailing. Beautiful cafe space that’s large, bright and airy, with very friendly service. Menu is similar yet different to the sibling cafes. The Zucchini and Pea fritters are sensational- these guys really know how to blend lots of individual flavours into one perfect dish. Definitely coming back to try the Salt Bush Lamb! Coffee is excellent; beans are from Niccolo.
