Nice balcony to sit and have a glass in the afternoon sun, and wonderfully friendly staff.

Terrible service! Went there with my family on a Saturday afternoon hoping we'd have a nice meal together. We ordered pizza's for kids, burger for the wife and steak for myself. Pizza's come out on time, burger 20 minutes later and my steak... They forgot!! Then, I had to wait 30 minutes for that... 65 minutes in total.. Staff were nice, but management was shocking. You'd at least be offered the lemonade for the kids at no cost.

Absolutely horrible communication from management. Called ahead to make certain I could bring my 16 year old sister to see drag & dine. She confirmed that it was possible. I booked through the drag and dine show section on their website for a Tuesday night 7pm seating, arrived and was told by bouncer at that that wasn’t allowed and called the manager out, the one I spoke to, and she basically told me the opposite of what she said online. Additionally the bouncer said my sister needed to be with a “responsible adult”, I told him I was her 23 year old sister and he said I was lying - my sister is half islander and I am white. Do not support this ridiculously run business with racist and rude front of house

Staff are fantastic, supported by an enthusiastic floor manager. How on earth could you not go between 5pm and 7pm for Happy Hour with $10 woodfired pizzas ? Get there.. enjoy , guaranteed !!

Night out in busy newton . What a grt play for a few drinks or dinner . Young and old crowd friendly staff grt atmosphere.

Bouncer last night (Friday 26 March) was a disaster. Accusing people of being drunk and on a massive power trip, aggressive and generally a shocking first impression for our friends new to the area. Threatened to “put our photos on the wall” when we asked why he was turning our group away. Fix your security or we will never be back - it’s a shame as a local as I used to love coming here

Enjoyed a hamburger and chips with a beer. I thought it was as tasty as McDonals but not mass produced ingredients and production, service. Great choice of beers meant this was about same price but much better than fast food equivalent..

Nice cozy bar, with a good happy hour and trivia on (most) Mondays. Quite open plan and did get loud later in the night. Some table service, which is a great bonus when the bar is busy.

Great to watch the world go by from the terrace. Good beer garden. Good selection of beer. Leopard print pool table
