Cheaper than most, but as always - you get what you pay for. Common to find canned veg in dishes. The Pad Thai used frozen tiny shrimp, overcooked soggy noodle with a gallon of oil. Traditional curry lacked flavor. Mongolian beef was Ok but varied night to night...sauce was always different and pak choy? Service was Ok.

Placed an order on the phone for pick up of 3 dishes including beef vermicelli. When we went to pick up, restaurant had prepared chicken vermicelli. Staff then had the audacity to yell at us, saying it was our fault as he’d repeated the order 3 times which he clearly never did. Will never return.

Pho was good, noodles were delicious. Clean premise and friendly staff. Quick service.

It was my worst experience in asian food. The price is not high but still not worth it. Very poor service. The staff were not friendly at all. They were just discouraging us to order and their recommended food was terrible. Also I felt like they are not treating all costumers equally, maybe some costumers deserve more respect than others! Will never go there again.

So felt like having a nice meal after having a long day at work. Picked up the girl friend and decided to give MY MY a go at pinewood. We were ready to order as we ordered our Large bowl of Pho beef special, I asked the fella the waiter if they accept card he stated Yes credit card only. So we're wondering why would they only accept credit card and not a debit/visa card? Terrible I say. Not only that they charge 2% surcharge on card, oh my. I accepted that and hoped my Large bowl of pho would make up for it. You wouldn't guess the Large bowl was full of soup and barely any noodles, noodles for infants. Not only that we ordered pork & prawn rice paper rolls, assuming they would give at least 4 rolls for $6, nope! 2 rolls. Absolute shocking! Would never go here again. Thank you for the disappointment

Food is ok, but the Restaurant Manager and some of the staff are very rude. Customer service is zero and lousy!!!!
