Yummy food friendly service. Nice atmosphere.

Horrible tasting food. Basically I could not taste anything as it was too bland. They did not give us enough water and no one was available to bring us more. Not coming back.

Disgusting customer service by the lady boss/manager. Overcharged us and rudely told us to read the fine prints at the bottom of the last the page of the menu before we question her. Then started rambling on, so we said it’s ok, we won’t be back. she said we don’t need customers like you and repeatedly told us thanks for NOT coming back again as we left the restaurant. Worst customer service we have ever encountered. If anyone is looking for good Vietnamese food with reasonable price and excellent service, pls go to Proud Peacock. They are now located near Woolies in mt Waverley. Don’t even bother coming to Vietnamese My My for the poor quality food with exceptionally horrendous service.

Please beware. This place charges 2% additional for credit card fees, which is fine, but it's not when they do not mention it upon paying. There's a sign near the front door, but no signage at the back where you pay if you dine in.

Food was great, plenty of vegan options. Although we ordered spring rolls and the waiter had dropped one on the way out. He told us he was sorry and would bring some more out. But he just brang out chicken spring rolls that others had ordered and we bit into one and found out. Still had to pay and didn’t ever get the missing spring roll.

Great place a b d good food

Was not happy at all. The chicken fried rice ordered was tasteless. We felt the waitress who served us did not understand English much or she was tired and was waiting to finish work. The lady who served the dishes too needed customer service skills. Pricing was way too high in comparison to most of the other similar restaurants. Will not go there again.

The service was utter bullshit especially from the owner or manager. Just complete rudeness. Food serving portion servings were tiny and over priced. Honestly I don't understand why anyone would waste their time here. This Vietnamese restaurant has no thing special, it's below decent to be honest. I would much happily recommend the other Vietnamese restaurant 'Proud Peacock's on the same block as this one as I have been their multiple times and is much better. This 'My My restaurant' was just lucky that tonight the Proud Peacock restaurant wasn't open because of easter, other wise I wouldn't have wanted an hour of my life.

Staff very unorganised , served me chicken spring rolls instead of it veggie ! I don’t eat meat 🤬. Forgot a drink for one workmate , served sizzling meal actually burning on the hot plate. Got not much good to say. Forgot my sauce with the new set of spring rolls.

Not reliable. I ordered home delivery, was home waiting for it. Next day found a message (on phone which had been o charge) saying they'd waited outside and were going. Haven't you heard of a DOORBELL?!! I do not stand at my front window for 1 hour or so to spot the 5 minute timeframe when you might turn up.
