Carrots on first course was raw and burnt, I get what he's trying to do, but it didn't work. very unpleasant to eat.
beef for the main was tough and difficult to eat.
Murray Cod was Stunning, best dish of the night.
potato side was raw, like the carrots, charred and weird raw half cooked texture in the centre.
desserts were beautiful, but it felt like we were eating a completely different menu. Service was terrible. Our waiter was never in site. didn't clear our plates when dishes were finished, couldn't explain the dishes or hold a conversation. We were looking forward to this experience, we were let down.
