Japanese owner doing very fresh and well priced food, waiting time could be very long as they are super busy during peak time

Nice fresh sashimi, courteous staff but service of food is a little slow, as they only have one sashimi chef. You need to first get a table the approached the counter to order your food - no table service. This place can be crowded during lunch hour.

Great no frills style Japanese restaurant in the outer eastern suburb. Feels like coming to someone's home to have a meal with the basic but neat and well thought of decor, friendly and warm service and traditional meals. Quality of food is great, fresh sashimi and nice bento sets. Prices are very reasonable . Can tell it's a great authentic place by the number of Japanese people coming here.

Love the friendliness of the owner and staff members. Food is good and up to expectations but it's on the mid pricey range. Great place to meet friends. To get to the toilet is like finding the X on a map. Love this place and will surely go again

The food is amazing but because it is a small establishment run by a family, sometimes you'll be waiting an hour or more for your lunch or dinner...

Ordered couple entrees, sushi, sashimi, katsu curry, cha shu ramen. Sushi and sashimi are average. The katsu curry, the katsu(pork) was a bit dry. Cha shu ramen wasn’t great either, the soup was a bit bland, cha shu was very tough and chewy. Maybe I should try their bento box next time. It is authentic japanese restaurant, great and friendly staff. Reasonable priced too.
