Is the restaurant's service always as bad as I experienced tonight, at 16 May 2019? Firstly, the miscalculated my order from $26 to $46. Secondly, they hadn't serve my order for 20 minutes, and I had to complain 3 times until they serve my order.

does this place allow bring your own food? i am a strict vegetarian w allergies so cant eat some stuff they have. but its for an event with friends that i dont want to miss! >-<"'

Nice part of the Rocks old area. Service is not the best one (hope it will be improved). Snack food is OKish, reasonable choice of German beer and schnapps.

Decent beer Meaty food Awesome dumplings Busy Friday afternoon but still friendly staff and managed to get us a seat. Service was reasonably fast and price for city centre was reasonable.

Great food, excellent service and atmosphere, as always. We have been here a number of times over the years, and they have never failed to impress. We will be back, and so should you!

This place has gone downhill since its glory days as the Lowenbrau. Bar staff didn't know what a Riesling was (Germany's most produced white wine), took forever to get the order done (I was only one at bar), the reservation we made wasn't on the system (lucky it was empty), and they have lost all of the German charm (except the piano accordion guy is still there). Skip it and go to the Bavarian, it's super commercial but at least it has atmosphere. Prost!

Fantastic food and beer. Thank you to PaulSmi for the excellent customer service and for helping us organise the surprise birthday for our friend - it definitely made our night.

The atmosphere is great as usual. Sit downstairs inside on a Saturday night and enjoy the band. They forgot my husband's dinner when they brought out everyone else's so this was annoying. They also dont let you split the bill which should be made clear when you sit down especially with large groups. We were also not informed of this when we booked. They also didn't tell us how to pay the bill so we were walking around like idiots trying to pay but were then told you pay with your waiter. However I think our waiter was embarrassed about the missing dinner so took off. All in all, we would go back for another go cause the beer is delicious!!!!!
