Order two steaks, ceviche and coconut mojitos loved all of it! Great dinner. Service could be better but nice vibe:) I will come back.

Service is absolutely terrible, I ordered. Waited and then told my dish was not available at night. Waited forever for a salad that was tasteless for 28.00. Pretty pool location but dont come after dark to eat.

Great two-for-one meals with Accor card! The waiter was nice enough to warn us that a large group of kids was coming and suggested we move tables away from the area. Very nice of him! Lovely pool side bar area too.

Best cocktails in Cairns (that we had). Food was pretty decent too, fresh and fairly quick service.

Breakfast buffet is excellent. 5 stars. Also had dinner here and was below par. Had a smoked lamb shank devoid of the sauce. It was well cooked but not a dinner winner. Had a lot of smoked foods but not ribs or wings. Menu needs amending to be more traditional. I'd suspect ribs would be amazing. The grilled steak was uneven and was cooked accordingly. Also, you have to walk outside to get your drinks...a bit weird. Overall can only give 2 stars.

We went for dinner the other night. The place was empty except for one or two other tables. We placed our order through the QR code menu. There was no option to mention allergies and the meal led to a case of horrible food poisoning. I'm not sure what was in the food that they couldn't be bothered to mention it on the menu. No actual human was available take the order or even provide a glass of water. After a wait of more than 45 minutes, they brought out the food on being reminded we exist, even as I saw a party of four, who definitely arrived after us, being served first. The whole experience left a wonderful taste in my mouth, never mind the lack of seasoning in the yellow curry that I had.

Enjoyed a great meal here last week - good quality, generous portions. Came back on Monday night to take advantage of a special where particular mains are $19. Our party of four ordered via the QR code on the table, which is the restaurant’s ordering method given they don’t do table service. Only after submitting the order did I realise the discounted meals had gone through at full price, which totalled $32 more than the advertised special. When I queried this with the manager I was told, “Oh, yeah, the app doesn’t accommodate specials, so you have to order from the front desk for that…” This isn’t stated on the menus or the app, and it didn’t sound like the first time it had been raised, either. I was then told there was no way to fix this, other than to give us more food or drinks, which we didn’t really want, for free. Paying in cash is fine, of course, but opening the till and handing over $32 apparently isn’t an option. Nor is reversing a card transaction and redoing it for the correct amount… something every business does every day when they make a mistake. Good food when it eventually arrived … 55 minutes after we ordered, though one plate was missing an element and another had been swapped entirely for something else, without asking, because “the kitchen didn’t like the way the other thing turned out.” Two free undersized drinks from the surly bartender who kept the queue waiting while he flirted plus two free desserts made up for it financially, but the experience left a bad taste.

Check with restaurant about booking a table, was advised it wasn't necessary. But on arrival service was slow, meals came out lukewarm and not as ordered. Small servings and very poor quality given the prices. It was styled nicely but more effort was put into presentation than preparing good quality food. There were 4 in our group and nobody enjoyed the food.
