The ambience of a Danish/Norwegian Mead Hall. If the horns and knives don't automatically make you want to go on a longship and pillage England then this place isn't for you. Great atmosphere aside (there is some sort of constant Norse themed/music) the staff are absolutely wonderful, with the blessing of Odin, Thor and Loki that really lifts the drinks and food. The drinks and simply the theatre of a lot of their cocktails and shots simply make this place worth coming back to. Food wise can't go past bone marrow. In fact stick to the red meat and bone marrow and drinks and you will have a wonderful time.⁷

Fantastic experience. The atmosphere, service and vibe is very cool. The Mead here is great and what's more it's served in a horn. Most dishes were great, however if I had one minor negative it would have been that a couple of the meat dishes like the venison (a special at the time) were a bit dry. There is a big emphasis on the meat dishes, eg the Marrow but that was a bit rich, and in fact the table's (8 of us) favourite dish was the broccoli. If/when I visit again, I will get more veg to even out the richness of the meat.

Such an awesome experience. Our waitress, Caitlin, was absolutely fantastic. So friendly and fun. Would definitely recommend, especially if you can be served by her!

Fantastic evening! Amazing food, incredible experience & served by the most spectacular elf, Caillin who was knowledgeable, entertaining & clearly passionate about her job & went out of her way to ensure our experience was memorable. We will be back for more, particularly the highland whisky, the beef short rib & horns!!

Very impressive. Every service, ambiance, story has its own intension. Their food implies the visual reference of the spirit of Viking. It may be just a branding or an actual reference, whatever that is, you will soak yourself into this ‘Viking vibe’ once you step into this restaurant. You would feel special and somewhat sacred. It may looks like one of big attractions in Disneyland that has Viking theme and usually Disneyland food isn’t that impressive, but this one is different. I would definitely recommend this place to both visitors and locals. I want to revisit this place by writing this review.

My wife booked a spot for dinner to celebrate my birthday and the experience was the best I had in Sydney!! The attention to detail in the place was amazing. The food was incredibly good, portions very generous, the mead was to die for and Jess our resident Viking waitress was fun, engaging and helped to make our time there one night to remember.

Drinking from the Horn and picking your own knife was an interesting experience. Entres are average and almost passable. Main is good but I don't feel it's amazing food worth the price tag. Service is attentive so worth a visit if you've never been.

Terrific experience. Jess took great care of us - we had amazing drinks, food and the atmosphere was truly unique. Looking forward to coming again.

Definitely paying not only for great food, but an experience. Such a unique setting and decor, we loved our complimentary shots and choosing your own knife was also good fun! On top of that the food was faultless. Will be back for sure.

Second time visit and still enjoying the novelty of the theme. Menu has changed but food is still just as delicious. Lives up to the hype and highly recommended for large groups! Vegetarian and pregnant friendly 👌🏼
