After the suggested 30 min wait, my husband arrived to collect one pizza and one pasta. Staff needed a "chat out the back" and told him to wait another 10-15 minutes. Not surprisingly, the pasta hadn't even been started. Pizza was in warmer. This has happened previously, but with "new staff" they said it wouldn't happen again. Yet here we are. After almost an hour, my husband arrived home with hot pasta and almost-cold-pizza. I rang the shop to speak to the manager - the "yeah righto" from whoever answered wasn't a good start. To then speak with a female who gave me numerous reasons as to why they weren't at fault - they were really busy, the pizza was in the warmer so DEFINITELY wouldn't be cold, the pasta chef was out delivering, basically said I was lying. Zero apologies and said she wouldn't give a refund. Please don't waste your time or money - rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional.

To the lady behind the counter, if you don't want to be there, just quit. It's a suffering both for you and the customer. Have been going there for the past 5 years, just can't take that rudeness anymore.

Never buy again! Live 10 minutes away aussie pizza was stuck the box soggy and undercooked. Garlic and cheese pizza was cheese and almost full garlic cloves uneatable, Carbonara pasta was tasteless and full of oil. Don't waste your money!!!

Thats got to be one of the best pizzas Ive ever had. No joke.

Great pizza, but wondering if the owner knows the phone doesn't work 9/10. Last 4 times I have called to order the phone 'hasn't been working' and staff closed up the shop early....

Hour and 45 minute wait , one pizza burnt and the other undercooked ! Don’t even know how you do that $46 for two pizzas that where worse than domino’s Save ya money , buy else where

Always great pizza. Try the La Saliza, definitely their best.

Very happy with the two pizzas I ordered from there ['Hot and spicy' and 'Chicken' (with bbq sauce)]. Only one person was manning the shop today, but he was efficient and had a great attitude. Will definitely recommend to others.
