3 Cantonment St, Fremantle
Amazing burgs and fries.
Not really to my liking in all honesty. They do what they do pretty well (burger wise) but it doesn’t make me want to go back again. The Big Daddy burger was the selection for myself and it wasn’t a great deal better than a double quarter pounder. If you like MacDonald’s type burgers then it might be the place for you. We tried the fries with cheese sauce. Not very good. Below par thin fries smothered in the saltiest “cheese” sauce you could imagine rendered them inedible. The Black Forest milkshake was rather bland and had no flavour, just an overpowering sweetness with no counter balance. Burger ok, the rest forgettable.
Overall: really yummy! Cheesy fries were delicious. My beef pattie was a little too pink for me, unfortunately.
Great food and friendly customer service. Burger was delicious and the milkshakes make me want to try them all. 10/10
Absolutely awesome, just went for the standard hamburger, one word.....yum!!!!
Holy cow. These medium rare bad boiz are some sweet meaty goodness. I went all out with the double bacon cheese. For the devastation inflicted on my arteries my taste buds were rewarded. Some of the best patty quality around. Highly recommend. Bonus points for the smoky paprika fries.
The music choice is on point. Had a very New York City vibe to it. As for the food, everything was well presented. The cheese melted just right and gave the burger a real American Cheese burger feel to it. The topppings were fresh and crunching and the bun was cooked just right. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed them. You can order a medium rare patty here, as well. The chips were thinly sliced, unpeeled and very well seasoned. We will definitely be coming back here in the future.
The food here is rather pricey. I had a mother clucker and the sauce was great and it had pickles which with the chicken and herb sauce was a great combination. My dad had the big daddy and he thought it was really good. Surprised he was happy to pay that price for a burger but he said it was pretty good. Burgers might want to drop $5 off considering the size at Sail & Anchor up the road and their price is fair for sizes. It might help you guys stay open in the long run. A lot of places lose business in Perth because of prices and once the novelty wears off. Don't be a novelty Meet and Bun, you could go a long way
Tasty burgers, well priced, great little spot in Freo. My wife and I checked this place out a few weeks ago and we’re not disappointed. This little burger joint offers the ever popular American diner feel, with long communal benches to sit at, as well as private seating if that’s what you prefer. Big American coke glasses are perfect for pouring your water into. The burger selection was great and the service was fast and friendly. The two burgers we ordered were excellent. The cheese burger was perfect and complemented with a traditional pickle. My Dark Night Burger was a calorie extravaganza and the black bun was an excellent touch. High recommend this place. Don’t forget to grab a loyalty card and you’ll receive a free burger once you’ve been back a few times!
One of the best burgers I had in Perth
