Hi Judy they McD's promised me service would still be given at the cash register guess their promises are broken. Yes you are not the only person who left. The automatic processes Australia wide have failed as they did in the US. Its time they realised they way to make money is to offer service first then back that with a quality product that will result in repeat business. Otherwise they could quickly follow Subway where now 1/10 stores have closed.

They have a new owner so hopefully he can whip the place into order. McDonald's Australian policy is to have less staff and get customers to do it via a smartphone app or the self service kiosks. However it doesn't work with many stores experiencing a drop off in customers. The auto service booths saves McDonald's also giving senior free drinks. Have they reinstated the free newspaper's yet?
