Quick clean and friendly. Drive thru Open 24hrs. Actually makes a very good coffee in McCafe section..

When we walked in. The radio was on and it was blaring. Very very loud. It was no background music. I understand football was on but come on. In a later visit radio was still on and almost empty..I thought it had closed. Is the music the answer?

Unfortunately I visit here often hoping it will get better. Drive thru is sooo slow, and it's hit and miss they get your order right the first time. They do have a couple of operators that are pleasant though.

Coffee very poor just hot water. Black Coffee should be DOUBLE SHOT and only 3 quarter full of small cup to give stronger coffee flavor

I don’t usually go to Armidale maccas but after tonight’s experience, will NEVER try it again!Ordered dinner online through Menulog. First, the delivery time was 15-20 minutes, after finalizing the order it changed to an hour. I called the store after the expected delivery time and they said I have to wait another 20 minutes, because they only had 1 delivery car. It took 1:30 hours to finally get the food ( which was pretty much soggy and cold by then). An additional disappointment was that the order was missing some items ( 2 shakes and one large fries!) apparently they decided to send me a coke instead of these three items! Armidale maccas is not an option for me any more. But you can’t keep disappointing your customers like this. The management needs improvement!

Pretty decent maccas, just smashed down a hot fudge sunday that was sensational, sometimes inconsistent with the sausage mcmuffs (criminally underrated breakfast item). However what really takes the cake is the many nights I've sloppily feasted in this establishment while well and truly trollied. Easy 5 stars, keep up gods work

Very good place for a meal. Staff are friendly food is delicious and the times I have visited the restaurant and restrooms have been maintained to a high standard. The car park is a little maze-ish for a small town cars come from everywhere it pays to be extra vigilant whether travelling by foot or by car.

Better during the day. You know what to expect from a maccas. Supposidly a 24 hour establishment but seems to always have system updates or other technical issues at night, on the occasions you can order late expect missing or poorly made items.

Very friendly staff. Nice and clean. Very accomodating.

Terrible service waited for 15 mins in the carpark for a coffee that didn't come as I needed to get going .. I'm that time I 5 different staff with 3 different meals asking if this was mine and what I was waiting for.. looked like they were having a real bad day...
